Yeah, this one IS scary. Obama can not only set up a 6,000 strong personal army, but can take soldiers from National Guard during peace time.
Of course no one knows who put it in there.

In fairness, Comrade Obama did warn us even before his catastrophic election that, like other collectivist authoritarians, he likes the idea of domestic armies.
Who knows what other surprises will float to the surface of the thousands of pages of legislation the current regime has been ramming through Congress, mostly unread?
