Barack Obama’s "safe school’s czar" Kevin Jennings hid pedophilia from authorities. Jennings violated a state law that required him to report the abuse.
Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings was a huge Obama supporter last year and was earlier this year promoted to "Safe Schools Czar."
Jennings spoke to an audience about the incident in a speech he gave in Iowa in 2000.
He did not express any remorse for not reporting the incident to authorities:Today Jennings expressed regret for the statutory rape that he hid from officials.
Jake Tapper reported:A senior official of the Department of Education expressed regret today for an incident that happened when he was a young teacher in the late 1980s, saying he should have handled it differently, but that society could benefit from his error.
Kevin Jennings, director of the Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools and founder of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), has been criticized by social conservatives for a passage in his 1994 book “One Teacher In Ten.” At the time, only a few people knew that Jennings, then a 24-year-old teacher at Concord Academy in Concord, Massachusetts, was gay. In the Spring of 1988, a young woman who knew Jennings was gay, brought to his office a high school sophomore whom Jennings called “Brewster” in the book.

Once again we see that everything that Obama said was a lie.
They make sure that there is no ID requirement so that we can make sure you are not an illegal alien when Obama says it will not cover them.
Then they will not allow anything into the bill to prevent federal funding of abortions when Obama says it will not cover them.
Dem block a 72 hour public viewing of the bill and a cost assessment before the vote when Obama said all bills would have that.
Tort reform, rationing, tax increases, deficit neutral…
Keep this in mind when Obama says you can keep your existing coverage or it will not destroy private health care.
Obama knows full well what people want from health care reform and knows what they want to hear. He tells them what he knows they want to hear, but works hard to do the opposite and keep everyone from finding out until its too late.
Democrats on Senate Finance unanimously blocked an amendment to the Baucus bill which would require applicants for the healthcare exchanges or healthcare subsidies show a photo ID before receiving benefits.
The President and Democrats have claimed that illegal immigrants will not be eligible for Obamacare, but every time Republicans have sought to introduce language which would actually require applicants to prove their identity and lawful status the Democrats have voted it down.
Without that requirement, the bill "remains dearly lacking when it comes to identification," Grassley said. "Frankly, I’m very perplexed as to why anyone would oppose this amendment," he said.
But Democratic Sen. Jeff Bingaman, who represents the border state of New Mexico, said that the type of fraud Grassley said he wants to prevent is highly uncommon. "The way I see the amendment, it’s a solution without a problem," Bingaman said.
"Highly uncommon." How would he know?

UPDATE [DrewM.]: The committee also rejected an amendment sponsored by Orin Hatch that would have prevented money provided via tax credits to be used for plans that included abortion services.

This is amazing. This guy is trying to get his state exempt from the paying the money that he is more than willing to throw at the people in other states.

Changes to a health care reform bill in the U.S. Senate increased to $2.3 billion the extra money that would assist low-income residents in Nevada.
That is the word from Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., who sought changes to a proposal from Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont. The changes would provide more health care help for Nevadans without dipping into the state’s budget at least temporarily.
Under changes made by the Senate Finance Committee, Nevada would be one of four states to be reimbursed 100 percent by the federal government over five years for the cost of increasing the number of people eligible for Medicaid.
Wow. Just WOW.
Breaking: Appeals court tosses Rather suit against CBS
Hehe. This guy has become such a joke. He thinks that he can somehow salvage his reputation and career.
Hey, Rather! You knowingly falsely accused the president of trying to avoid going to war when he actually volunteered several times. And you were brought down by some guy sitting behind a computer screen at home. Just fade away gracefully and accept that you ruined yourself.
The state court of appeals in New York has dismissed a lawsuit from Dan Rather against CBS for wrongful termination and $70 million in damages. The court was apparently not impressed with the claim that CBS did any more damage to his reputation than he did himself with a collection of fraudulent documents and unsubstantiated allegations:

In a 19-page decision made public Tuesday, a state appeals court dismissed the legendary newsman’s suit against CBS. …
A lawyer for Rather and a CBS spokeswoman could not immediately be reached for comment.

List of movie stars who support drugging and raping children. Sadly, I am not kidding.
I want you to look at this list. This is a list of over 100 famous people who are supporting a person who admitted to drugging, raping, and sodomizing a 13 year old girl.
Let me repeat that. These people support ignoring all legal punishments for a person who said that he drugged and raped a 13 year old girl. The people are defending someone who said this:
If I had killed somebody, it wouldn’t have had so much appeal to the press, you see? But… f*cking, you see, and the young girls. Judges want to f*ck young girls. Juries want to f*ck young girls. Everyone wants to f*ck young girls!

OUCH. ObamaCorn is in trouble here. If the prosecutors actually found policy manuals telling them to break the law, that’s MAJOR.
This moves us up a step. This is no longer a few bad apples as ACORN would like us to believe. This is a corporate level, criminal enterprise with VERY close ties to Obama.
When ACORN took to Las Vegas and started playing "Blackjack" and "21," the activist group was making a far bigger gamble than it ever guessed, according to Nevada prosecutors.
There’s nothing wrong with playing the tables in Vegas, but authorities say ACORN was using the names of those casino games as a cover to illegally pay workers to sign up voters as part of an illegal quota system.
A preliminary hearing Tuesday in the downtown Clark County courthouse has put ACORN on trial for the first time as a criminal defendant.
Until now, prosecutions for voter registration fraud have focused on ACORN workers, and authorities have secured guilty pleas from several who admitted to falsifying voter registration forms.
But when investigators from Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller’s office raided the ACORN Las Vegas office, Ross says they found a paper trail that implicated the ACORN organization itself.
"We came across policy manuals that outline their policy of creating a quota system, which is against the law," Miller told FOX News in an interview. "This, in fact, was something that was widespread and something the organization itself knew about, and it’s important to hold the organization criminally accountable as opposed to the individual field directors."

Oh, goodie. One more thing that weakens the US. Now we bow to the EU and hand over control of the internet. ICANN is no longer under US control.
If you don’t know, ICANN handles registrars. These guys are the ones you buy domain names from. If they think someone else should have your domain name, they can give it to someone else. They also decide what the top-level domains(TLDs) are. That’s the “.com” or “.net” part of a web address.
Because ICANN no longer answers to the US, domain names can be given over to whoever ICANN chooses if there is a dispute. We are taking an organization from under the control of a country that has deeply ingrained, Constitutional protections for free-speech and letting it decide what it wants to do without oversight.
One good thing may come out of this. Bush was dead set against the “.xxx” TLD for porn. This was a really good idea that Bush opposed for all the wrong reasons. His opposition to it did not stop porn, but giving them a TLD allows for easier blocking of porn sites by parents once its in wide spread use.
The US government is expected to relax control over how the internet is run when it signs an accord with net regulator Icann on Wednesday.
The “affirmation of commitments” will reportedly give Icann autonomy to run its own affairs for the first time.
Previous agreements gave the US close oversight of Icann – drawing criticism from other countries.
Earlier this year, the EU called on the US to relinquish its control and Icann to become “universally accountable”.
“The US government is the only body to have had formal oversight of Icann’s policies and activities since its inception in 1998,” it said.
“The Commission believes that Icann should become universally accountable, not just to one government but to the global internet community.
“This is particularly relevant given that the next billion of internet users will mainly come from the developing world.”
The current agreement between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (Icann) and the US Commerce Department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration is due to expire on Thursday.
