Jim DeMint Fires Up The Base, And Annoys NY Times Liberals

I really like it when a politician has the guts to stand up and say what I say every day. ObamaCare is not about health care… It’s about control.
The funny part of all this is that when DeMint made his famous comment about health care being Obama’s Waterloo, some conservatives slammed him on it. I’m glad he didn’t listen to their calls to shut up.

When one man said the major House bill would give the government electronic access to bank accounts, Mr. DeMint told him the bill was never about health care. "This is about more government control," he declared. "If it was about health care, we could get it done in a couple of weeks."
